17. "680" Blue Cock

BEL02-680

    "680" Blue Cock.

Beautiful well balanced pigeon in the hand. Raced as a youngster and came well but behind his brother all the time. I was so impressed with his handling and feather quality I moved him to stock as a yearling, and kept his brother "681" on the road. I wasn't wrong or disappointed. His first nest produced "555" whose results have been excellent winning in three different clubs for me. He also bred "25" a blue hen who scored 2nd Hurley Anchor open in 2006 2nd behind her loft mate. As a matter of interest "555" moved to the stock pen in 2007 and his first nest produced 07-611 a Blue Cock. "07-611" won his second race of this year 2008 and he himself will be posted on the race bird page shortly. So three generations of winners here.
